How To Send Back A Return Or Exchange

To start a return, you can contact us at service@yuhekun.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Track My Return

We recommend that you use a trackable delivery method for your return. Please retain your tracking number information so that you can keep track of the return process while the item is being returned to us.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and it may take 7 business days for your refund to arrive. Refunds include all fees paid for your purchase, including shipping.

Authenticity / Guarantee

Many items, especially damaged items, will wear out or develop holes over time as they are worn more often, and Yuhekun promises that all items will be free from such problems within 60 days of purchase, and that if such problems occur, we will provide you with an exchange or refund at no cost. If such problems occur more than 60 days after purchase, we will endeavour to provide you with replacement parts and other services, but we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange for items purchased beyond 60 days that cannot be repaired.
