Orders placed after noon PST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed after noon PST on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

All our orders are sent with a trackable postage option, please follow these steps to track your parcel:

2) Go back to the home page and click on your username
3)Click on "Order History"
4)Click on the order number you wish to track
5) Click on the tracking link located at the bottom of each product

Duties & Taxes

Yuhekun Standard Delivery Service is represented by a third party airline who will take full responsibility for customs clearance and collection of duties and taxes. There is no additional cost to the customer.

⦁ The correct recipient's name and postcode must be provided.
⦁ It usually takes 10-20 working days for the parcel to arrive at the designated collection point, provided there are no delays in customs clearance.
⦁ The courier delivers the parcel to the customer's designated address and all parcels can be tracked.
⦁ Yuhekun does not benefit from any fees charged. To ensure that your parcel clears customs, please ensure that the recipient's name and postcode information is accurate.
⦁ If there are no customs delays, the item is expected to be delivered to your address within 10 - 20 working days.
⦁ If your parcel is lost, Yuhekun will reimburse you within 45 working days.
⦁ Yuhekun will not make any profit from the shipping, tax and insurance costs you have paid.
